Our newly updated Auto-Delivery Service delivers many convenient benefits along with Lifeline Skincare’s anti-aging products. START SHOPPING

You’ll benefit from:

  • 20% savings on every product you order using auto-delivery.
  • Free ground shipping on your initial order as well as on all replenishment reorders. (domestic orders within the continental United States only)
  • Shipping schedule: Select from a variety of shipping frequencies available by: 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days
  • Convenience: No need to remember to place an order. Auto-Delivery Service reserves your items and ensures they are in-stock when you need them.
  • Auto-delivery holds: Now if you take a vacation or need a break from a shipment, you can schedule your next shipment to take a break too. Simply log into your account settings and select suspend my subscription. You may come back and make your subscription active when you are ready.
  • Log in to My Account with your email address and password.
  • Go to My Subscriptions
  • Click on EDIT for the desired subscription and make any necessary changes.
  • Please make any changes to your order a minimum of 72 hours prior to your scheduled replenishment date.

Sorry, no changes can be made to an Auto-Delivery subscription once it starts.

Due to new rules and security regulations regarding credit card information, no changes can be made to pricing or the products you ordered once a subscription cycle has started. You must cancel the order and create a new one.

Can I cancel my Auto-Delivery Service order?

Yes. Please make sure to allow a minimum of 72 hours before your scheduled replenishment date. Log in to My Account and going to My Subscriptions to make any changes. Feel free to call us at 1-877-764-9707 if you need assistance. If you miss the 72 hour window, we can refund your order after it ships, just give is call.

When am I charged for my Auto Delivery order?

Your preferred method will be billed on the day of shipment.

How do I change my preferred billing method on my Auto-Delivery order?

Our updated system now gives you more billing options. Log in to My Account and go to Billing to make changes in the area you desire. Feel free to call us at 1-877-764-9707 if you need assistance.

How will I know when my Auto-Delivery order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information on your package. You can also check the shipping status of your order by logging in to My Account and going to Billing Agreements. Or if you need assistance, call us at 1-877-764-9707.

  • Products must have been purchased directly from www.lifelineskincare.com. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other professional outlets or third party vendors.
  • Please contact our offices within 30 days (unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion) of the date the product was purchased.
  • Request a Return Authorization by calling 1-877-764-9707 or email us at customercare@lifelineskincare.com.
  • If requested, mail your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by the customer service representative. Include the packing slip or other proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase and will usually be issued within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. The transaction should appear on your statement within two billing periods. Sorry, but we do not reimburse shipping charges for products sent outside the US.
  • PROCESSING TIME

    Lifeline Skin Care Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During checkout you will be able to select the shipping service that best fits your needs for your order.

  • DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPMENTS

    Lifeline Skin Care provides FREE ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. (After any applicable discounts and prior to sales tax.) Ground shipments are sent via FedEx ground or USPS. You will be asked your preference during check out. Transit times vary from 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. All shipments originate in southern California.

    If required, your Lifeline Skin Care products can be expedited.
