- Go to My Subscriptions
- Click on EDIT for the desired subscription and make any necessary changes.
- Please make any changes to your order a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled replenishment date.

How will I know when my Auto-Delivery order has shipped?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stem cell skin care products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will promptly issue a full refund or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. We ask that you follow these guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from www.lifelineskincare.com. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other professional outlets or third party vendors.
- Please contact our offices within 30 days (unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion) of the date the product was purchased.
- Request a Return Authorization by calling 1-877-764-9707 or email us at email@example.com.
- If requested, mail your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by the customer service representative. Include the packing slip or other proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase and will usually be issued within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. The transaction should appear on your statement within two billing periods. Sorry, but we do not reimburse shipping charges for products sent outside the US.
- PROCESSING TIME
Lifeline Skin Care Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During checkout you will be able to select the shipping service that best fits your needs for your order.
- DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPMENTS
Lifeline Skin Care provides FREE ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. (After any applicable discounts and prior to sales tax.) Ground shipments are sent via FedEx ground or USPS. You will be asked your preference during check out. Transit times vary from 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. All shipments originate in southern California.
