If you are not completely satisfied with your Lifeline Skin Care’s product or experience any difficulty in their use, you may return the product by contacting our customer service department at 1-877-764-9707 or firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund:
- You must contact our offices within 30 days of the date the product was purchased.
- Request an RMA by calling 1-877-764-9707 or emailing email@example.com
- Mail your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by the customer service representative.
- Include the packing slip or other proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.
- The refund will usually be issued within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return, and should appear on your statement within two billing periods.
